Beardsley Capital
Beardsley Capital is a boutique equipment brokerage connecting North American manufacturers with a global network of qualified buyers and sellers — rotational molding, extrusion, rubber and silicone, and the full range of plastics and metalworking assets.
Tell us what you have or what you needBeardsley Capital operates the way a boutique brokerage should: we take limited engagements, work them hard, and match assets to the buyers most likely to pay full value for them. Sellers can move equipment outright — we buy select assets directly when the situation calls for certainty — or place machinery on consignment with us while we run a disciplined, targeted marketing campaign into our global buyer network. Either path gets the same attention; the structure is just calibrated to what the seller actually needs. When a plant is winding down or a portfolio needs to move in volume, we structure and execute auctions and managed liquidations, coordinating logistics, marketing, and settlement under one roof. Appraisals and formal valuations are available when a lender, estate, or transaction requires documented numbers — a defensible figure that can travel to a boardroom or a closing table. At the largest scale, Beardsley Capital handles complete business sales and turnkey facility sales, where the entire operating entity changes hands. The contracts, real estate, and M&E transfer as one coordinated transaction, not as disconnected pieces. We also work the buy side: sourcing specific rotomold carousels, extruders, rubber and silicone lines, Swiss turning centers, injection presses, CNC machining centers, blow mold equipment, fabrication assets, thermoform lines, grinding machines, stamping presses, automation and auxiliary packages, die cast machines, EDM equipment, molds and product line tooling, and tool and die assets on behalf of buyers who need the right machine, not just any available one.
Boutique means something specific here. Beardsley Capital does not chase volume by taking every listing that comes through the door. We take the engagements where we can genuinely move the needle — where our buyer network, our knowledge of what comparable assets actually trade for, and our willingness to spend time on a deal produce a better outcome than the seller would get anywhere else. The relationships on both sides of the market are the asset. Buyers trust that when Beardsley brings them a machine, it has been represented honestly. Sellers trust that when we price their equipment, we are trying to close, not just list. That reputation is worth protecting, so we protect it on every transaction.
